Marcus' journey began on the campus of Illinois State University. As a division one track & field athlete Marcus used this platform to propel himself deeper into the world of movement science conferring in 2008 with a degree in Exercise Science. He's worked for some of the top brands in the health & fitness industry, including Equinox Fitness Club & React Physical Therapy. In 2018, Kinect Health & Fitness was created to bridge the gap between elite personal training and mindful bodywork.
